changing your life starts from with in, I too was fat at
300lbs. Loosing 110lbs and keeping it off in the last 5 years! Its all about changing from within. I can remember the first time I was asked to model for a MAC a Lancome company, It almost seemed funny that I was asked but there I was fat boy posing in photos pretending. LOL It’s about changing your life style and loving yourself enough to take care of the one body we have. Stefan is and inspiration but let him aid you in becoming and inspiration to others.
